Digby’s old strategy was around his thought-leadership around leadership. His home page on his website featured a blog – which he regularly added new content too, but it was too focused around what he had to say, and wasn’t focused enough around how he could help.

Digby’s new strategy involved shifting his positioning, his offer and what he stands for to the thought-leader that he is while pre-selling his dream clients to work with him.
